Junior IT Business Analyst
We’re looking for a proactive, team-oriented, and motivated Junior IT Business Analyst to join our team.
What is junior business analyst?
A junior business analyst (BA) works with project teams and a senior business analyst to make sure the products or applications in development meet the needs of the end users.
Data analysis is their main responsibilities, and they report to the senior analyst and the developers.
What does an entry level business analyst do?
Entry-level business analysts, or junior business analysts, support the collection and analysis of data for a business or organization, providing better solutions, technology integration, or systems improvements.
Main responsibilities:
Communication with Project Managers and clients
Workshops with clients
Helping to collect, measure, organize, and analyze data
Translating Clients needs into requirements and specifications in a way understandable to business users and the development team
Writing minutes and meeting recaps
Support in project reporting to senior management and external stakeholders
Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
What do we expect:
Minimum 1 year’s experience in the ICT industry
Minimum 1 year’s experience in business analysis
BSc/MSc degree required
Excellent analytical skills for to enable the development of business processes and/or technical solutions, including documentation of business problems in a clear concise manner
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Paying attention to details
Ability to think clearly in critical situations
Commitment and the enthusiasm to learn
Desire to work with others and build team spirit
Willingness to investigate wants, needs, problems, and opportunities of the client
Remarkable skills at structuring the information
Interest in using modeling techniques and tools
Serbian native language and excellent communication skills in written and verbal form in English
